Yogurt Pasteurizer (4 Sections)

Yogurt pasteurizer for yogurt production, follows a sterilization procedure of inlet at 5℃→65℃ (homogenizer) →sterilize at 90~95℃(hold for 300S)→ outlet at 43℃.  This system adopts 5-minute sterilization at a temperature of 90-95 ℃, which agglomerates the casein and makes it mixed with water. Therefore, our yogurt pasteurizer is able to produce delicious and stable yogurt.
Our yogurt pasteurizer adopts PGB sterilizing tank, which is made of 304-2B stainless steel. It is overall filled with silicate to reach a good heat preservation performance.
