Dual-& triple-purpose falling film evaporating machine is usually used for low temperature concentration in many industries, such as dairy, glucose, starch, pharmacy, chemicals, biochemical project, environmental protection project, and waste liquid recycle.               
Our falling film evaporating machine is made up of evaporating machine, dispenser, cooling machine hot pressure pump, sterilizer, warm keeping pipe, vacuum system, drainage system, liquid exchanging pump, gas separating tank, operation platform, measuring appliance cabinets, and valves and pipes etc.     
                 
Manufacturing Standards of Falling Film Evaporating Machine
We design and manufacture the falling film evaporating machine in compliance with the international standard of GB151, so the machine is reliable and endurable.                                        
Its surface contacting directly with the material is made of SUS304-2B stainless steel.
We also adopt film gluing craft to protect its original smooth finish.
Only the joints are polished evenly, and the joint polish is not more than 1.6μm.                                                                   
All stainless active joints adopt English size, and butterfly valve is made according to imported valves.
The screw thread is round screw.
The seal-packing collar is made of EPDM.          

Main Characteristics of Falling Film Evaporating Machine:
1. Our falling film evaporating machine has the features of aesthetic appearance, high efficiency, stable operation, energy conservation, and low steam cost.                         
2. The machine has high concentration proportion and adopts film-down vaporization and forced recycle, thus enabling the dense liquid to flow and vaporize easily and shortening the concentration time.                                                     
3. Our falling film evaporating machine is special designed so that it can be exchanged easily through simple operation to produce different productions.                           
4. Evaporating temperature is low. And part of the secondary steam is absorbed into single effect evaporating machine by spraying hot pressure pump, which will make full use of heat.
The machine is suitable for concentrating heat sensitive materials.          
5. The material is sprayed into the evaporating machine from the top. The forced filming device makes the liquid distribute in the film pipe of the evaporating machine evenly, which greatly increase the heat transferring speed and evaporating, thus avoiding the occurrence of "inner wall drying".             
6. After vapor-liquid separation, the liquid goes into the bottom of the evaporating machine for further dispensing, which can not only enhance the dispensing effect, but also make the whole equipment flexible to operate.                                                   
7. The equipment is designed with vertical standing and compact structure, little occupied space and simple layout, which shows developing trend of the large scale evaporating set.                      
8. The materials can be putting in and discharged continuously. The required concentration can be reached when liquid enters the equipment by one step.                 
9. Sterilizing and condensing can be finished in one step, which can shorten the heating time, so the machine is suitable for condensing the heat sensitive liquid. 
10.  The CIP cleaning pipe in the equipment enables the machine to be cleaned in place. The whole set does not have dead angles and is easy to operate.
11. Special constructed cooling machine can operate normally on the condition that temperature of cooling water is 30℃ or even higher.                
12. The motor control is completely realized by controlling cabinet. And automatic controlling system can also be fixed upon request.            
13. Specialized pump developed for concentration has the characteristics of reliable seal, steady performance, minimal maintenance, and stable operation.
14. The equipment can work for eight hours continually without cleaning.
