Pulping Breaking Machine
The fruit and vegetable pulping breaking machine is used in the extraction of juice from pulp in the beverage industry. The design of the machine enables it to effectively separate the pulp from the residue and remove seeds. Characteristics
The fruit pulping breaking machine has two opposite surfaces that move relative to each other at a given distance apart. One of the surfaces has projecting pegs while the other surface is a little rough. One side of the machine has an inlet where the fruit is introduced between the two surfaces and the other side has the outlet for the pulp. The gap between the two surfaces is adjusted in accordance with the type of fruit or vegetable being pulped. However, the machine is designed to ensure that the flavor of the pulp is not lost. The extracted juice is then sieved. The sieve used can be of different types depending on the type of fruit or vegetables being pulped as well as their size.
